Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Red Katana website, VIP program, and email and text messaging programs. By joining our VIP list or using our website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

01VIP Program

• Joining our VIP list is free. You join by submitting your name and email address through our sign-up form, typically by scanning a QR code in our restaurant.
• VIP members receive updates, specials, and promotions by email, and by text message if they separately opt in (see Section 03).
• We may change, pause, or end the VIP program or any offer at any time, but we will honor any valid offer already issued until it expires.

02New Member Offer

• The offer is for joining our VIP list only. It is not connected in any way to leaving a review, and it is never conditioned on a review or on the content or rating of a review.
• The offer is for new members only and is limited to one per guest.
• Show your welcome email to your server or at the counter to redeem. The offer has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise, and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Joining our text messaging program is not required to receive the offer.
• We may decline to honor offers obtained through duplicate sign-ups, false information, or other abuse.

03Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

• Program: Red Katana VIP text messages.
• What you'll receive: Offers, specials, and updates from Red Katana, plus visit follow-ups such as feedback and review invitations, and replies to your messages.
• Consent: You opt in by checking the text message consent box(es) when you join our VIP list. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving the VIP offer.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected] or (417) 585-5000.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

04Email Communications

By joining our VIP list, you agree to receive emails from us, including your welcome offer, visit follow-ups, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

05Reviews & Feedback

We invite every guest on our list to share feedback or leave a public review, and we send the same invitation to every guest regardless of their experience. Leaving a review is always optional and never required to receive any offer or benefit. Reviews posted on Google or other platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms.

06Website Use

• Menu items, prices, hours, and availability shown on our website may change without notice.
• Content on our website, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Red Katana or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• You agree not to misuse our website or sign-up forms, including submitting false information or attempting to interfere with how they work.

07Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Katana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, VIP program, or messaging programs. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

08Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued participation in our VIP list or messaging programs after changes means you accept the updated terms.
